How does Tumzy find my triggers?

Tumzy looks at how often each food you log is followed by a symptom within a 1–72 hour window, and ranks the foods most reliably linked to your symptoms. It all runs privately on your device.

Why does a symptom show up a day after I ate something?

IBS reactions are often delayed — sometimes 24–72 hours. Tumzy is built around that, which is why it can spot triggers a same-day food diary would miss.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your phone. There is no account and no cloud. Deleting the app deletes all your data.

How do I manage or cancel Tumzy+?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings → Subscriptions.

Is Tumzy medical advice?

No. Tumzy helps you spot patterns in your own data, but it does not diagnose or treat anything. Please consult a healthcare professional about your health.
